The speakers will walk through real-world scenarios involving time-off requests, dress code exceptions, remote work requests, and the evolving conflicts between employee rights and operational needs, offering practical guidance for HR and legal teams. Attendees will gain insights into balancing employee rights with operational needs while staying compliant with Title VII and the ADA, as well as state and local laws in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. Best practices for documentation and communication will also be covered.
